Hi all, I’m trying to send out emails from access using the SendObject ject acReport, StDocName. This code brings up the email client . SendObject acReport, stDocName, acFormatPDF, _ stRecipients, stDocName = “License CODs” stRecipietns = stRecipients DoCmd. ject acSendReport, stDocName, acFormatPDF, “”,,, “Emailing” & ” ” & strFileName ‘Close the Report acReport.

No error or message box or anything. In that scenario, the error appears with your code as well. Made a new DB.

DoCmd SendObject The SendObject action was cancelled. You can’t exit Microsoft Access now.

Error Handling if DoCmd. SendObject is cancelled am fine with giving up on DoCmd. SendObject based on everything i’ve read on it. Not a bid deal though. I guess I can just use the OutputTo acReport to a predefined location and use it as the attachment.

I will work up some examples after I get qcreport sleep. Email Example with Automation of Outlook This code seems to work good as a standalone. I did not have any issues with warnings, security or otherwise.
